![]() ![]() Use the Signature button on the Message tab of the Ribbon to insert the signature manually. 4:- Finely go to Edit signature text box > Change signature details and click on OK. 3:- Select that signature which you want to edit. 3:- Now Signatures and Stationery window will be open. 1:- Click on New Email > choose Signature Drop-Down menu and hit on Signatures. Just be aware you can't completely control the layout or spacing so keeping it simple is key. In this case, whereas Outlook is handling the MAPI calls and generating the message, Outlook does not handle this scenario in the same manner as it does if you create a new message directly in Outlook.
